1. Scope and responsible organization

This Privacy Policy applies to the TR Global Solutions website, mobile and desktop applications, secure workspaces, internal team chat, inquiries, style tracking, documents, purchase orders, invoices, appointments, communications and related business services. TR Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

The service is designed for business users, including buyers, vendors, staff, quality-control personnel, support personnel and administrators.

2. Information we collect

Information may be provided by you, by an organization or administrator authorized to manage your account, or generated automatically when you use the service.

Account and contact information

We may collect your name, email address, company name, username, account role, account status and information needed to verify that you are authorized to use a particular workspace. Passwords are handled through a secure authentication system and are not available to TR Global in readable form.

Business and workspace information

Depending on your role, the service may contain style numbers, product descriptions, quantities, colours, size breakdowns, seasons, origins, buy groups, delivery dates, purchase orders, invoices, technical packs, production updates, quality-control records, appointment information, internal team messages, chat attachments, inquiries, approvals and uploaded files or images.

Device and security information

We may process device type, operating system, app version, notification token, IP address, session details, security events, error information and language or accessibility preferences when needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

Camera, photos, files and notifications

The app requests camera, photo-library, file or notification permission only when the related feature is used. You can refuse or revoke these permissions through your device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.

Website storage

We use essential browser storage and similar technology to maintain secure sessions, remember language and accessibility choices, preserve filters and support normal website and app operation. We do not use this information for third-party advertising.

Information we do not intentionally collect

We do not use advertising identifiers, sell personal information, request precise location, or process consumer payments inside the app.

3. Why we use information

We use personal information only when reasonably necessary to:

  • create, verify and secure accounts;
  • provide the workspace and role-based access requested by the user or their organization;
  • manage styles, orders, files, invoices, appointments, quality records, internal team chat and other communications;
  • send account, security and business notifications;
  • respond to inquiries and support requests;
  • detect misuse, protect accounts and investigate security incidents;
  • maintain records required for legal, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes; and
  • diagnose errors and improve the reliability and accessibility of the service.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these activities are based on providing the requested service, legitimate business and security interests, consent for optional permissions or communications, and compliance with legal obligations. We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate notice and obtaining consent where required.

4. Who may receive information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not disclose it to unrelated third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

Information may be disclosed only to:

  • authorized TR Global personnel who need it for their work;
  • the buyer, vendor or business partner connected to a record, but only according to role, assignment and visibility settings;
  • service providers that support secure hosting, authentication, data storage, email delivery, app distribution, notifications, meeting links or other operational services; and
  • courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, users or the service.

Service providers are permitted to process information only to perform services for TR Global and must protect it under their contractual and legal obligations.

5. International processing

TR Global and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Privacy laws may differ between countries, and information may be subject to lawful requests by authorities in the country where it is processed. TR Global remains responsible for selecting appropriate providers and applying contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

6. Retention and deletion

We do not keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Account and profile information: kept while the account is active and then deleted or anonymized after an approved deletion request, except where retention is legally required.
  • Business records: purchase orders, invoices, contractual records, quality records and style history may be kept for the applicable business relationship and any legally required accounting, tax, contractual, quality-assurance or dispute period.
  • Support, inquiry and internal chat records: kept as needed to coordinate business work, resolve requests and maintain a reasonable business record. Access remains limited to authorized participants.
  • Security and audit records: kept only for the period needed to protect the service, investigate incidents and satisfy legal obligations.
  • Device notification records: removed when no longer valid, when the account is deleted, or when they are no longer needed for notifications.

You can request deletion inside the app through Account Menu → Delete Account & Data or through our public deletion page. After identity verification, we aim to complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days. Records that must be retained will be limited, access-restricted and not reused for unrelated purposes.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are removed through the normal backup-rotation process. They are not used for routine business activity.

7. Security and access control

We use encrypted network connections, secure authentication, role-based permissions, restricted administrative access, logging and controlled file access. Users can access only the records allowed for their role and assignment. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

We investigate suspected personal-data incidents and provide notifications to affected users or authorities when required by applicable law.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, a copy or export, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

You may also disable notifications, revoke camera or file permissions, change language or accessibility preferences, and sign out at any time. Withdrawing an optional permission does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To exercise a privacy right, contact sourcing@trglobalsolutions.ca. You may also raise a concern with the privacy or data-protection authority that applies in your jurisdiction.

9. Children

The service is a business workspace and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal information directly from, children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, legal requirements or data practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how personal information is handled.
