Before you request deletion
Deleting your account removes your ability to sign in and requests deletion or anonymization of personal information associated with your profile. This may include your profile, account preferences, notification device records and personal communication details.
Business records such as purchase orders, invoices, contractual records, quality-control history, style audit history and records required by law may be retained in a restricted or anonymized form. Deleting an account does not automatically delete records belonging to another company or account holder.
Need a copy first?
